کے مطابق نظامت اعلیٰ ایلیمینٹری اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن کی جانب سے
نوٹیفکیشن جاری کیا گیا ہے ، جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ مشاہدے میں آیا ہے کہ
مخلوط تعلمی اداروں میں خواتین اساتذہ اور طالبات کی جانب سے حجاب کی پابندی نہیں
کی جاتی ، اس لیے آزاد کشمیر میں طالبات اور معلمات کے لئے حجاب کا استعمال لازم
قرار دیا جاتا ہے ۔
نوٹیفکیشن
میں کہا گیا ہے کہ تمام مخلوط تعلیمی اداروں میں معلمات اور طالبات کے حجاب کی
پابندی اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے، خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں متعلقہ ادارے کے خلاف قانون
کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

According to the details, a notification has been issued by Nizamat Higher Elementary and Secondary Education, in which it is said that it has been observed that hijab is not prohibited by women teachers and students in co-educational institutions. In Kashmir, the use of hijab is mandatory for female students and teachers.
The notification states that it is the responsibility of the institutions to ban the hijab of teachers and students in all co-educational institutions, in case of violation, legal action will be taken against the concerned institution.
The circular has been issued by the Deputy Director of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the government-level notification regarding the ban on hijab has not been issued yet.
