I. DOMESTIC SECTOR:

c. Government and Semi-Government Offices, Hospitals, Clinics, Maternity Homes,

 Government Guest Houses, Armed Forces Messes, Langars, Universities, Colleges, Schools and

 Private Educational Institutions, Orphanages and other Charitable Institutions along-with Hostels and

Residential Colonies to whom gas is supplied through bulk meters including Captive Power.

The tariff for captive gas use in this category will be charged as per captive power category i.e. Rs. 1021 per MMBTU.

All off-takes at flat rate of Rs 780.00 per MMBTU

Minimum Charges: Rs. 4,680.09 per month

 

 

 

II. Commercial:

All establishments registered as commercial units with local authorities or dealing in consumer items for direct commercial sale like cafes, bakeries, milk-shops, tea stalls, canteens, barber shops, laundries, hotels, malls, places of entertainment like cinemas, clubs, theaters and private offices, corporate firms etc.

All off-takes at a flat rate of Rs. 1283.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 5,880.10 per month

 

III. Special Commercial (Roti Tandoors)

II. REGISTERED MANUFACTURERS OR EXPORTERS OF FIVE ZERO-RATED SECTORS AND THEIR CAPTIVE POWER NAMELY: TEXTILE (INCLUDING JUTE) CARPETS, LEATHER, SPORTS, AND SURGICAL GOODS:

All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 786.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 20,232.00 per month

 

III. COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (CNG):

All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,283.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 33,045.60 per month

 

IV. CEMENT:

All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,277.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 32,877.00 per month

 

V. ICE FACTORIES:

All off-takes at flat rate of Rs. 1,283.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 5,880.10 per month

 

VI. CAPTIVE POWER:

Captive Power Plant/Unit means an industrial undertaking/unit carrying out the activity of power production (with or without co-generation) for self-consumption and/or for sale of surplus power to a Distribution Company or bulk-power consumer.

All off-takes at a flat rate ofRs. 1,021.00 per MMBTU

Minimum charges: Rs. 26,301.60 per month

 

VII. FERTILIZER COMPANIES:

Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited:

Sales Price: All off-takes at a flat rate of

(a)

Rs. 300.00 per MMBTU for gas used as feed-stock.

(b)

Rs. 1,021.00 per MMBTU for gas used as fuel for generation of electricity, steam and for usage of housing colonies.

 

VIII. POWER STATIONS (WAPDA and KESC’s Power Stations)

WAPDA’s and KESC’s Power Stations and other electricity utility companies.

All off-takes at a flat rate of

Minimum Charges:

Rs. 21,209.88 per month

 

 

IX. INDEPENDENT POWER PRODUCERS:
